Founder & Managing Director

Teresa founded Humanity Capital to support leadership teams navigating moments of growth, change, and reinvention.

Her perspective is shaped by an early career as a private equity attorney and executive HR leadership as Chief People Officer within a global AmLaw firm of 2500 professionals. She has held senior people and organizational leadership roles along across elite global law firms, professional services, and innovation-driven organizations, with employee populations ranging from 500 to 5000.

She has spent her career working at the intersection of people, performance, and business strategy and partners closely with executives to address complex talent and organizational challenges and build future-ready, people-centered organizations that drive long-term business value.

Teresa is particularly experienced working within partnership-based and complex organizational structures and brings a pragmatic, human-centered approach to leadership and organizational effectiveness.

She collaborates with a curated network of trusted advisors and specialists across the talent and technology ecosystem as engagements require.
